As I am not particularly handy, we had the pleasure of having Kevin... perform a number of “handyman” services. These included hanging numerous pictures and mirrors throughout our home, installing curtain rods in our music room and screen porch, assembling two large swivel chairs purchased from Home Depot and finally installing a new fireplace mantle . I hired KwiK Property Services to remove an old recirculating kitchen... hood, make a hole in the wall for new kitchen hood exhaust, and installation of new kitchen hood. He came and did the job in shorter amount of time than initially expected. Admittedly, my initial thought was that the fee I paid was rather high considering I was paying him for labor and he finished rather quickly. However, I remembered that he was competitively priced compared to others, had great reviews, and I wasn't necessarily paying him hourly but rather to complete the job. And he got the job done, and I should be all the more glad he was done quickly. We also talked about potential other jobs for him to help with, and it seems he's a guy I can rely on for various jobs.
